Crystallization Waterproofing Services
POLYPLUS
Range of APP/SBS modified torch applied bituminous waterproofing membrane. Available in granular, sand & plain finish.Used for Water Proofing of Basements, Roofs, Retaining walls and Water resistance structures.
POLYPLUS R 250
A Range of SBS modified self adhesive waterproofing membranes topped with high puncture resistant 250 GSM Polyester matt. Used for waterproofing basements and retaining walls.
POLYPLUS AC
Two component acrylic polymer based elastomeric cementetious waterproof coating. Used for waterproofing of wet areas like toilets, balconies etc... and as a substructure waterproofing coating.
POLYPLUS ELASTOFLEX
Two component, high elastomeric, acrylic polymer based elastomeric cementetious waterproof coating. Used for waterproofing for wet area and roof.

POLYPLUS HR
Solar reflective insulation coating, enriched with ceramic micro spheres. Used for waterproofing and heat insulation.
POLYPLUS UR / POLYTHANE
Single component, thixotropic, Urethane rubber based moisture curing type high elastomeric waterproof coating with 500% elongation.
POLYPLUS MASTIC BOARD
A tough Asphaltic protection bituboard which is waterproof, weather proof, rot proof and chistle resistant, meant for protecting the waterproofing membrane from external damages.
WPM 256
WPM 256 is a two component water based epoxy polyamide unpigmented new to old concrete bonding bridge and admixture for cement based materials and structural penetrating sealer.
WPM 405
WPM 405 is SBR, multipurpose, concentrated, liquid polymer additive which when used with sand/cement, greatly improves the bond strength and flexibility. Being water resistant, WPM 405 mixed with cement can be used as a water proofing sealer. It can also be used as an admix for renders/screeds importing high bond strength and flexibility.
WPM 3000 X
WPM 3000 X (Shelterseal 3000 X Self Adhesive Membrane) is a “peel and stick” bituminous/ asphalt membrane protected by a cross laminated high-density polyethylene film.
WPM 3000 X is made from two structural components. Bitumen/asphalt compound modified with SBS and high tack resins.
WPM 320
WPM 320 (Sheltercoat Retaining Wall) is a one component liquid applied, latex modified, bituminous elastomeric waterproofing membrane. When cured it forms a permanently flexible waterproof lining to most building surfaces. It is tough, economical and easy to use. Specially formulated WPM 320 contains a premium root inhibitor that repels root growth without killing the root.
WPM 415 C
WPM 415 C is a single component polymer modified cementitious waterproofing compound. The mixed slurry has excellent adhesion and flexibility with concrete / sand cement screed. During application it seals the hairline cracks caused by shrinkage or expansion.
WPM 004
WPM 004 is a two component waterproof coating specifically designed for use on roofs, water tanks, water retaining structures as well as in bathrooms, showers, kitchens as an under tile protective membrane. WPM 004 is flexible, safe to use, low in odour and toxic free.
